On the August bank holiday weekend, our colleague Fiona took part in Accrington’s Soapbox Challenge alongside Ossy Shed, a fantastic men’s wellbeing group that we are proud to support through Hyndburn & Ribble Valley CVS.
The event provided a great opportunity to raise awareness of men’s mental health and highlight the importance of accessible community support. By taking part in this popular local event, Fiona and the Ossy Shed team helped bring conversations about mental wellbeing into the heart of the community and showcase the support available to local men.
A huge congratulations and thank you to Fiona and everyone involved from Ossy Shed for their enthusiasm and commitment. Their involvement helped demonstrate that support is available, welcoming and easy to access for those who may need it.
