The Wildflower Patch CIC is a Lancashire-based community wellbeing organisation that brings people, practitioners and nature together through accessible wellbeing activities, collaborative community sessions and an online hub for discovering local support. We work with practitioners, community spaces and local organisations to make wellbeing opportunities more visible, connected and easier to access. Our aim is to reduce barriers to participation, strengthen community connection, and create safe, welcoming spaces where individuals and families can explore wellbeing and feel part of a supportive community
