Aura Sound
About
Aura sound (previously pendle rhythm and sound) is a new community wellbeing group based in Pendle, Lancashire. We use rhythm, sound and creative connection to support mental health, reduce loneliness and bring people together through inclusive activities such as African drumming circles, sound-bath relaxation sessions and holistic wellbeing workshops. Our sessions provide a safe, uplifting space where adults of all backgrounds can connect, express themselves and experience the proven benefits of music, mindfulness and community.
