Training, Learning and Development
At Hyndburn & Ribble Valley CVS, we believe that sharing knowledge, developing skills and creating opportunities to learn from one another helps to build a stronger, more confident and more connected voluntary sector.
We provide practical and accessible training for charities and not-for-profit organisations across Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley, supporting organisations, staff and volunteers to develop the skills and knowledge they need to make a positive difference within their communities.
Our training covers a wide range of areas, including governance, safeguarding, fundraising, volunteer management and digital skills. These opportunities are designed to support organisations at different stages of their development, helping them build confidence, strengthen their practice, respond to change and develop sustainable ways of working.
We also recognise that the needs of our voluntary sector are constantly evolving. Through listening to organisations and understanding the challenges they face, we aim to develop training and learning opportunities that are relevant, practical and responsive to those needs.
